This project belongs to the city of Himara, a coastal tourist town located in southern Albania, currently considered its true gem. The project consists of the reconceptualization and redesign of a residential villa, with particular attention given to the decorative element of stone. The villa’s entire falsare is designed in stone, and it serves as a holiday home. The swimming pool is another beautiful feature that makes the villa even more attractive and suitable for enjoying its outdoor environment. The remaining outdoor area is treated with tall trees to create privacy and enhance the greenery.
A very distinctive architectural element is the transformation of the main fasade through the use of arches as a defining detail. The entire villa has been conceived to preserve unity and to reflect the typology and identity of Greek-style villas. The villa is currently under construction, and photos of the completed project will be updated soon.
