VILA LEJZO

This project was completed in the city of Rubik (Mirdita) in 2024. It involved one year of intensive work, covering a surface area of approximately 500 m². The focus was on exterior design and landscape development. Primary materials included locally sourced natural stone and decorative tiles.

A swimming pool was added for villa guests, seamlessly integrated into the property. The facade was designed with a minimalist approach, in harmony with the area’s natural elements. Lighting plays a key role in enhancing the villa’s shared spaces, creating a welcoming and ambient atmosphere.

The pool features mosaic tiling, evoking the feeling of being near the sea. Greenery is essential in the project, with lush, green areas thoughtfully placed throughout the property.
